Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH8 trophy base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

A diamond-shaped TH8 trophy base design prioritizes deep compartmentalization and centralized air defense. Nine distinct compartments segment the layout, protecting key defenses. The Town Hall occupies the central compartment, 2 tiles from the Clan Castle. Four Air Defenses are deeply embedded, two in inner compartments and two in outer compartments, providing comprehensive anti-air coverage. Four Wizard Towers are strategically placed within inner compartments, offering splash damage against ground troops. Four Hidden Teslas are also within inner compartments, delivering high burst damage. Two Bomb Towers guard outer compartments. This trophy base design effectively counters Mass Dragon attacks and Hog Rider compositions.
