Why Does This Base Design Work?
This TH7 war base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.
This TH7 war base utilizes an anti-hog and anti-dragon design across more than 15 compartments. A centralized Clan Castle and Town Hall form the core. Three Air Defenses are positioned in a wide triangular formation, shielded by high-HP Gold and Elixir Storages. A double giant bomb set in the southern compartment provides a direct counter to Hog Rider attacks. The layout effectively defends against Mass Dragon and Hog Rider strategies common at Town Hall 7.
💪 Strengths
- ✓A double giant bomb is placed between a Cannon and Archer Tower in the southern compartment to instantly eliminate groups of Hog Riders.
- ✓The base counters Mass Dragon attacks through three separated Air Defenses, a central unlurable Clan Castle, and an Air Sweeper covering the bottom two defenses.
- ✓The layout features an anti-funnel design, with lines of six Gold Mines and six Elixir Collectors placed along the exterior to disrupt troop pathing.
⚠️ Weaknesses
- ✗A Mass Dragon attack from 12 o'clock can succeed by using three Lightning Spells to destroy the northern Air Defense, creating a clear path to the core.
- ✗The Barbarian King is located in an easily accessible outer compartment, allowing an attacker to lure and defeat him with minimal troop investment.
