Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH7 war base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

A symmetrical diamond layout uses thirteen compartments to segment the base. The Clan Castle occupies a central position, making lures difficult. Three Air Defenses form a defensive triangle around the Town Hall, providing excellent air coverage. Two Wizard Towers protect key defensive clusters. This structure effectively defends against mass Dragon attacks and slows Hog Rider pathing. The Barbarian King is positioned near the core to engage troops that breach the first layer.

✓Three Air Defenses are arranged in a deep, triangular formation, forcing Dragons into the range of multiple point defenses and the Air Sweeper.
✓The highly compartmentalized design disrupts Giant and Hog Rider pathing, separating them from support troops and guiding them into spring traps.
✓A centralized Clan Castle ensures that defensive troops cannot be lured easily, activating mid-battle to devastate offensive armies.

⚠️ Weaknesses

✗A triple Lightning Spell attack can eliminate any single Air Defense, creating a weakened flank for a focused mass Dragon funnel.
✗The Air Sweeper covers only the southern half of the base, leaving the northern approach from 12 o'clock vulnerable to an unimpeded Dragon or Balloon attack.
