Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH7 war base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

This symmetrical TH7 war base utilizes 17 compartments to dismantle ground attacks. Three level-5 Air Defenses create a defensive triangle protecting the core. The Clan Castle and Barbarian King are centralized, making lures difficult. Four mortars provide extensive splash coverage across the layout. The design specifically counters mass Dragon and Hog Rider strategies. An Air Sweeper defends the southern approach against aerial assaults. Wizard Towers are spread to protect storages and key defenses. The Town Hall itself is secured within the second layer of walls.

💪 Strengths

✓Three Air Defenses form a wide triangle, with high-hitpoint Gold and Elixir Storages acting as shields to prolong dragon engagement time.
✓Hog Rider attacks are countered by the central, unlurable Clan Castle and the numerous compartments that funnel hogs into strategically placed Spring Traps and potential double Giant Bomb locations.
✓The heavy compartmentalization isolates tanking troops like Giants from their support units, exposing back-line Wizards and Archers to splash damage from three Wizard Towers and four Mortars.
