Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH4 War base features a compact, five-compartment design. The central compartment secures both the Town Hall and the Clan Castle, making troop lures difficult. A single Mortar provides essential splash damage coverage across the core. The Air Defense is positioned within the second layer of walls, offering protection from air raids. Two Archer Towers and two Cannons create a balanced defensive perimeter. The layout is designed to counter mass Giant attacks and naive mass Balloon strategies by segmenting defenses and using outer buildings for funneling.
