Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH17 Trophy base features 18 distinct compartments, creating a highly segmented layout. The Town Hall occupies the central compartment, protected by a surrounding ring of defenses. The Eagle Artillery resides in a central compartment, while the Monolith is positioned one tile southeast of the Town Hall, also within its own compartment. Four Air Defenses are strategically spread one in each quadrant. The base counters Root Rider spam and Queen Charge LaLo with its deep compartmentalization and balanced splash/point defense distribution.
