Why Does This Base Design Work?

Central Town Hall 17 features 18 distinct compartments. The Eagle Artillery occupies the central compartment, one tile from the Town Hall. The Monolith sits adjacent to the Town Hall, providing critical single-target damage. Two Multi-Target Inferno Towers are positioned 5 tiles from the Town Hall, enhancing splash damage. Four Air Defenses are strategically placed 8 tiles from the core. This layout effectively defends against Root Rider spam through extensive compartmentalization. It also counters E-Drag spam with widespread anti-air defenses.
