Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH10 fun & troll base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

This Town Hall 10 layout forms a distinct heart shape with its core wall structure. The base contains over 25 individual compartments, significantly slowing ground troop progression. Two multi-target Inferno Towers and the Clan Castle secure the central core around the Town Hall. Four Wizard Towers provide overlapping splash damage coverage in the mid-layer. This compartmentalized design effectively counters mass Hog Rider and GoWiPe spam attacks by disrupting pathing and separating troops from support units.

💪 Strengths

✓Two multi-target Inferno Towers protect the core, burning through high-hitpoint troops like Golems and Lava Hounds, while the central Clan Castle is difficult to lure.
✓The high number of compartments disrupts Hog Rider pathing, forcing them over multiple walls and into potential Giant Bomb and Spring Trap locations.
✓All four Air Defenses are positioned in separate compartments, preventing a single Lightning Spell combo from destroying multiple air-targeting defenses and complicating LavaLoon attacks.

⚠️ Weaknesses

✗A skilled Queen Charge LaLoon attacker can create a funnel to destroy an Air Defense, a multi-target Inferno Tower, and the enemy Queen before launching the main air assault.
✗The outer layer of collector and storage buildings are placed close to the first wall layer, allowing an attacker to establish a wide, easy funnel for Witch Slap or GoBoWitch strategies.

🏰 Recommended CC Troops

A Lava Hound and a Balloon are recommended to stall air attacks, absorbing damage from Balloons and Dragons while the Balloon provides point damage. For ground defense, a Baby Dragon, a Witch, and Archers create a versatile defense against various ground armies.
