A Builder Hall 7 Anti 3 Star design features 5 distinct compartments. The Builder Hall occupies the central compartment, surrounded by key defenses. The Crusher defends the top-left flank, isolated within its own compartment, 3 tiles from the outer wall. A centralized Multi Mortar provides crucial splash damage coverage. Air Bombs protect the Builder Hall from flying units, positioned 2 tiles north. This layout effectively counters Mass Night Witch attacks and Boxer Giant/Cannon Cart pushes by segmenting the base. Double Cannons offer high point damage within the lower compartments.
