Why Does This Base Design Work?

A highly symmetric anti-3-star TH7 base features nine distinct compartments. The Town Hall, Clan Castle, and two Hidden Teslas occupy the central 3x3 compartment. Two Wizard Towers provide splash damage, each positioned in a 3x3 compartment adjacent to the core. Two Air Defenses protect the upper flanks, each residing within a separate 3x3 compartment. This layout effectively counters Hog Rider attacks through strategic spring trap placement and robust core defenses. It also defends against Dragon spam with well-placed air defenses and concentrated point defense fire.
