Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH7 trophy layout features a heavily compartmentalized core spread across 13 sections. The central compartment houses the Town Hall, Barbarian King, and one Air Defense. Three dispersed Air Defenses create a formidable defense against aerial assaults. Three Wizard Towers are positioned to protect the primary storages with overlapping splash damage. The base design effectively counters mass Dragon attacks by separating key defenses. Its compartmentalization also provides a strong defense against Giant-based ground strategies by slowing their progress through multiple wall layers.
