Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH7 trophy base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

A centralized core protects the Town Hall and key defenses in this TH7 trophy layout. The base features approximately 18 compartments designed to slow ground troop pathing. Three Air Defenses form a defensive triangle, with two heavily shielded in the core by high-HP storages. Three Wizard Towers provide overlapping splash damage coverage around the core and southern approaches. The layout effectively counters mass Dragon and Hog Rider attacks. A centralized Clan Castle ensures a difficult lure, forcing an early engagement with defensive troops. The Barbarian King guards the upper quadrant, adding significant defensive DPS.
