Why Does This Base Design Work?

The TH18 Trophy base features a diamond-shaped design with over 15 distinct compartments, providing extensive anti-three-star protection. The Town Hall 18 and Monolith reside in the heavily fortified central compartment. Four Eagle Artilleries occupy perimeter compartments at cardinal points, while four Scattershots are positioned in corner sections for wide splash damage. Eight Multi-Target Inferno Towers protect the core, two per side. The layout effectively counters Root Rider spam with deep walls and high DPS defenses. It also defends against E-Drag spam through widespread Air Defenses and Multi-Inferno coverage.
