Why Does This Base Design Work?

The TH17 War base employs a highly segmented, multi-compartment design, featuring over 15 distinct sections within its formidable walls. A centralized Town Hall, Clan Castle, Eagle Artillery, and a Monolith form the impenetrable core. Four Scattershots and six Wizard Towers provide extensive splash damage coverage across the layout. This base effectively counters Root Rider spam with its dense compartmentalization and E-Dragon attacks through its spread-out air defenses.
