Why Does This Base Design Work?

A highly symmetric TH17 Legend League base emphasizes extensive multi-layered compartmentalization. Nine major compartments secure the core and mid-sections. The centralized Town Hall is guarded by two Single Target Inferno Towers and two X-Bows. Four Monoliths are strategically placed in the inner square, each protecting an Air Defense. Four Scattershots, alongside four Multi-Target Inferno Towers, provide overlapping splash damage in the mid-layer. Two Eagle Artilleries are positioned in the outer perimeter. This anti-3-star layout effectively counters both Electro Dragon spam and robust ground attacks like Root Rider pushes.
