The TH17 Legend League base prioritizes extreme compartmentalization, featuring thirteen distinct walled-off sections. Five Monoliths are strategically placed: one centrally protecting the Town Hall, and four others in cardinal positions providing wide coverage. The Eagle Artillery occupies a compartment in the top-right, while four Scattershots are distributed for broad splash damage. Four Multi-target Inferno Towers defend the core, complemented by two Single-target Inferno Towers on the flanks. This anti-3-star design effectively counters Root Rider spam and Electron/E-Drag attacks through its high hitpoint walls and concentrated defensive fire.
