Why Does This Base Design Work?

A unique diamond shape defines this TH17 Anti 3 Star base, utilizing 21 distinct compartments. The central compartment houses the Town Hall, Monolith, Clan Castle, and Eagle Artillery, creating a formidable core. Four Multi-target Inferno Towers protect the core from the mid-layer, while two Single-target Inferno Towers guard the flanks. Four Scattershots provide widespread splash damage across the base. The design effectively counters Root Rider spam with its dense core defenses and stifles E-Drag spam through strategic Air Defense placement and extensive air X-Bow coverage.
