Why Does This Base Design Work?

A robust TH17 Anti 3 Star base features 16 distinct compartments. The central Town Hall 17 is offset by 3 tiles towards the bottom-right, flanked by a Monolith and two X-Bows. An Eagle Artillery dominates the top-middle compartment, 5 tiles from the Town Hall. Two Scattershots provide wide-area splash damage, located in the bottom-left and top-right quadrants. Three Multi-Target Inferno Towers and one Single-Target Inferno are strategically placed, creating overlapping defense zones. This layout effectively counters Root Rider spam and Queen Charge strategies. Numerous point defenses provide high damage density against individual targets.
