Why Does This Base Design Work?

An Anti 2 Star Town Hall 15 base utilizes 19 distinct compartments for extensive compartmentalization. The central Town Hall, located 3 tiles from the Eagle Artillery, is flanked by the Clan Castle and a Multi-Target Inferno Tower. One Monolith defends the core near the Town Hall's 9 o'clock side, while another Monolith sits in the 3 o'clock outer ring. Two Scattershots provide wide area splash damage at the 9 and 6 o'clock positions. The layout primarily defends against Electro Dragon spam attacks and Root Rider pushes.
