Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH4 fun & troll base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

An extremely open layout defines this Town Hall 4 fun base, placing buildings in the corners. One small compartment in the top corner protects four storages and the Clan Castle. The Mortar and two Archer Towers defend this primary resource cluster. An isolated Air Defense and Cannon guard the bottom-right corner of the map. The Town Hall sits completely exposed in the center, ideal for dropping trophies. This design splits troop pathing to disrupt mass Barbarian attacks. The core compartment attempts to defend against Goblin-based loot raids by centralizing storages behind walls and splash damage.

✓The Mortar placement behind a wall provides critical splash protection for all four storages against ground swarm attacks like Barch or Goblins.
