Why Does This Base Design Work?

A diamond-shaped design prioritizes anti-3-star defense for TH16 War. The layout features 17 distinct compartments, segmenting attacker troop pathing and enhancing defensive complexity. A centrally positioned Town Hall receives protection from two Monoliths at 12 and 6 o'clock, and two Scattershots at 3 and 9 o'clock, all within the second defense layer. Four X-Bows cover inner and outer rings, supporting the core. An Eagle Artillery occupies a mid-layer compartment near the 3 o'clock position. High compartmentalization and defense density effectively counter Root Rider spam and Electro Dragon attacks.
