This TH16 legend league base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

A multi-layered TH16 Legend League base features 17 distinct compartments, heavily protecting the central Town Hall. Two Monoliths defend the Town Hall, positioned 2 tiles away. Four Multi-target Inferno Towers provide extensive splash damage, with two directly adjacent to the Town Hall. The Eagle Artillery occupies a northern inner compartment, 4 tiles from the core. Two Scattershots provide critical area damage in eastern and western inner compartments. This base strongly counters Root Rider spam and Electro Dragon attacks.
