Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH13 war base is unique for its offset Town Hall and highly compartmentalized, anti-three-star design. The layout features over twenty distinct compartments to disrupt troop pathing. Core defenses include the central Eagle Artillery, four Scattershots, and multiple multi-target Inferno Towers. This sprawling base is designed to run down the attacker's clock. It can be countered effectively by a well-executed Queen Charge Hybrid or a precise Zap Lalo attack.
