Why Does This Base Design Work?

A diamond-shaped TH13 farming base features 21 distinct compartments, prioritizing resource protection. The central core houses the Town Hall, Monolith, and Clan Castle, surrounded by two Scattershots and two Single Inferno Towers. The Eagle Artillery occupies a mid-layer compartment in the upper right quadrant. This layout effectively counters mass Electro Dragon spam with its distributed air defenses and dense core. High compartmentalization and clustered splash damage defenses also deter ground swarm attacks like Hog Riders and Root Riders, forcing extensive wall-breaking or jump spell usage. Resource storages are strategically placed throughout the base, absorbing initial damage.
