Why Does This Base Design Work?

This Town Hall 10 war base utilizes a symmetrical, multi-layered ring design with over 13 compartments. A central compartment protects the Town Hall, Clan Castle, and two X-Bows. Two multi-target Inferno Towers flank this core in the second layer, providing crucial splash damage coverage. Four Air Defenses form a protective square around the core, each placed within a separate compartment. The layout's high compartmentalization and splash damage placement effectively counter ground-based spam strategies like Hog Riders and Witch Slap attacks, forcing attackers into difficult pathing.
