Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH10 war base uses strong walls and smart defense placement to stop attacks. It works well against the most common armies at this level.

This TH10 War base employs a symmetrical, diamond-shaped design with over 15 compartments. A heavily fortified central core protects the Town Hall, the Clan Castle, and the Barbarian King. Two multi-target Inferno Towers sit in separate core compartments, flanking the Town Hall to maximize their coverage. Four Wizard Towers and four X-Bows set to ground mode guard the base's inner ring. The layout's heavy compartmentalization and strategic splash damage placement create a strong defense against mass ground attacks like Witch Slap and Hog Rider pushes, forcing difficult troop pathing.

💪 Strengths

✓Two multi-target Inferno Towers are isolated within the core, preventing a single Freeze Spell from disabling both simultaneously and ensuring constant pressure on high-HP troops and swarms.
✓The base effectively counters Witch Slap attacks. Numerous small compartments and well-placed Bomb Towers in the outer layer quickly neutralize Skeletons, while the core's multi-infernos eliminate the primary Golem and Witch force.
✓An extensive network of compartments creates a challenging path for ground troops, forcing attackers to invest heavily in Wall Breakers or Jump Spells to reach the core defenses.

⚠️ Weaknesses

✗A Queen Charge LavaLoon attack can exploit this base. A Queen Charge from the 3 or 9 o'clock direction can eliminate an Air Defense, the enemy Archer Queen, and a multi-target Inferno, creating a clear path for the LavaLoon portion.
✗All four X-Bows are set to ground mode, leaving the base extremely vulnerable to air-based strategies. Mass Dragon or LavaLoon attacks will face significantly less sustained point-defense DPS.

🏰 Recommended CC Troops

A Lava Hound is the optimal choice for the Clan Castle. Its high hitpoints will significantly stall attacking kill squads and Queen Charges targeting the core. The resulting Lava Pups upon its destruction will distract and damage Balloons, Hog Riders, and the Archer Queen.
