Why Does This Base Design Work?

This TH6 Trophy base showcases a highly compartmentalized core. The Builder Hall occupies the central 3x3 compartment, shielded by a Wizard Tower and a Mortar. A single Air Defense protects the top-left segment, while the Crusher provides heavy ground defense on the bottom-right flank. Point defenses like Archer Towers flank the core, creating crossfire zones. This layout effectively counters mass Baby Dragon attacks with concentrated air targeting. Ground forces, such as Giant-Bomber pushes, face significant challenge from the central splash damage and Crusher placement, mitigating their effectiveness.
