Why Does This Base Design Work?

A compact Builder Hall 5 anti-3-star design incorporates nine distinct compartments. The Builder Hall occupies the central compartment, shielded by surrounding defenses. A Crusher guards the bottom-left approach, positioned three tiles from the Builder Hall. Two Archer Towers provide wide-ranging air and ground defense from compartments two tiles from the core. A Double Cannon delivers high ground DPS from a compartment two tiles from the Builder Hall. This layout effectively counters mass Barbarian rushes and Baby Dragon attacks with its compartmentalization and defense spread.
