Why Does This Base Design Work?

A symmetrical Builder Hall 5 Anti 2 Star base features six distinct compartments protecting the central Builder Hall. Two Crushers flank the Builder Hall at a 2-tile distance, denying direct ground troop access. A Multi Mortar provides critical splash damage coverage from its central position, targeting mass ground assaults. Two Hidden Teslas offer surprise point defense, positioned at the base's top-left and bottom-right corners. Firecrackers deliver essential air defense from the top-right. Compartmentalization forces troop pathing deviations, slowing enemy advances and preserving core defenses. This design effectively counters mass Boxer Giant and Barbarian spam strategies, while also deterring poorly executed Baby Dragon attacks.
