Why Does This Base Design Work?

A compact TH4 anti-2-star design centralizes the Builder Hall within a core compartment. The base utilizes five distinct compartments to segment attacking forces. One Archer Tower and one Cannon defend the central Builder Hall, located one tile from surrounding walls. A Mortar provides essential splash damage coverage from its dedicated compartment in the base's southeast. A Hidden Tesla offers surprising point defense from its northwest compartment. Point defenses are strategically distributed, creating anti-Giant pathing. Archer Towers provide anti-air defense against Balloon attacks. This layout emphasizes compartmentalization and point defense density against ground and air assaults.
