Why Does This Base Design Work?

This BH10 base features a unique, wide-open outer ring designed to channel ground troops into specific kill zones. The layout is heavily segmented with over eight compartments to slow down attacks and protect the core. Key defenses like the Roaster, Mega Tesla, and Giant Cannon are centralized for maximum coverage and protection. This design is strong against ground spam due to its intricate pathing. However, the base is susceptible to surgical Hog Glider attacks that can bypass the funnel and target interior defenses. A well-executed Night Witch attack from a corner can also overwhelm the splash defenses for a potential second stage clear.
